I believe this is really helpful to me...
This it though. This is tougher than I expected. I am grateful to all of you to put up with me. I don’t always come across the way I should. I believe this is really helpful to me and I hope it’s been helpful to all of you.

That is a superb experience, and I am ever so glad to that I was able to share it with you all.
Well Harold, I think it has been helpful for me, so there you go. There is one gold star right there. I must say, two hours scared me, and I can see the magic of the two hours now that there was a level of vulnerability and intimacy that we were able to achieve together as a five-some. And I was very tickled at how each of our, individual dryad twosome conversations, actually started weaving into the quilt of subsequent conversations as the two hours developed.
Not only did our conversations grow to weave into each other, I think our hearts grew to weave into each other as well. That is a superb experience, and I am ever so glad to that I was able to share it with you all.

Great conversation with wonderfully authentic Intimacy!
I am very grateful Edwin for you hosting it and introducing me to this version of it. And to the others for having the conversation, yesterday that then lead to the emotions that lead to the request to do more of it today.
I just enjoy it some much, that as I said to Joan and the other leaders of Living Room Conversations. I want to try to do some of this in our Living Room Conversations. Because even though, it’s the downside, it takes more time, etc. the impact is very positive. I feel all of us aged, in not only hearing one another, but, feeling more heard than we are in our Living Room Conversations. So thank you all. I love being part of it.

Being listened to and having it repeated back was
more spectacular than I imagined.
Being listened to and having it repeated back was more spectacular than I imagined. The sharings led into how fight and flight prevent empathy. The group - 3 men and 2 women came to agreement - that to sit still in communication with your vulnerability is the most powerful thing for everyone involved.
I have a knowing within me that the healing between women and men will lead to the healing of our political divide.
Thank you all for showing up. This was a deeply felt and powerful circle for me.
I really appreciate you all taking this two hours. For me I think this is what can heal. Beyond the political divide is the male - female divide and I think that by healing and talking and having these deep conversations that we can actually heal our political divides. So for me this was very valuable and I hope and expect to do it again somehow.
